Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • We offer flat-rate shipping to the contiguous United States for $5.99.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days.
  • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at mailto:support@awkids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at mailto:returns@awkids.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or flowers), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
